Leukaemia CARE donate £10,000 to The Full Circle Fund.
We are delighted to announce that the Trustees of Leukaemia CARE have chosen to support the work of The Full Circle Fund by donating £10,000 for research into quality of life changes associated with the meditation programme pioneered by The Full Circle Fund for patients in isolation, undergoing chemotherapy and bone marrow transplant. Leukaemia CARE is a national charity focused in supporting quality of life for patients affected by the leukaemias, lymphomas and bone marrow failure. They operate the only 24 hour CARE line in the UK, offering invaluable support and assistance to patients and their families. It is with enormous gratitude that we accept this award which will help strengthen the body of evidence surrounding the role and need for quality of life support for patients undergoing chemotherapy and bone marrow transplant.
