Raquel Martin

Reiki practitioner

Raquel Martin  – BSC Hons, Dip NT, mBANT, rCNHC, mTRA

Raquel joined the Full Circle Therapy Team in 2016 and has since worked as a Reiki therapist in the Haematology and Bone Marrow Transplant unit at St George’s hospital. She is a CNHC registered Reiki practitioner and a certified nutritional therapist.

Raquel’s journey with Reiki started in 2010, when she was initiated into the Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho system. She was initially attracted to Reiki as a tool for personal development, and through the years Reiki has become part of her life, to the point that she gave up her career in the corporate world to become a reiki practitioner and nutritional therapist. Raquel is passionate about helping others achieve a state of good health and wellbeing.

Raquel practises self-healing daily and regularly attends Reiki shares and training events to keep strengthening her Reiki through time. Her lineage is Dr Mikao Usui, Dr Chujiro Hayashi, Hawayo Takata, Wanja Twan, Kajsa Krishni Boräng and Tripuri Dunne.

Outside of Full Circle she runs a successful private practice at East Croydon Medical Centre.

Raquel says: “It is an honour and a privilege to be part of the Full Circle team of therapists working at St George’s. It gives me the chance to touch the lives of many people who are going through a very difficult time, and to offer some support and relief through reiki, which can hopefully reduce their suffering and may give them a feeling of relaxation and inner calm.”
