Relaxation training helps to shift us from the fear or stress response to a more gentle and restorative relaxation response. There is an actual shift from the Sympathetic Nervous System to the Parasympathetic Nervous System, which is much more effective in harmonising the body and mind. Creative Visualisations further enhances this response. Studies show these practices are also effective in up-regulation of our immune system.

The Guided Relaxation Visualisation sessions will be led by Nupur Agarwal who is a medically trained mindfulness practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist.
