Welcome to our Wellbeing Hub: COVID-19 Support

In the coming weeks and months, we will be providing free of charge a range of easy to follow on-line sessions including Mindfulness, Guided Visualisations, Breathing Techniques and Chair-based Techniques in Massage and Yoga. These practices aim to reduce stress, relax the mind and body, and bring about an improved sense of wellbeing during this challenging time.

All our sessions are led by Full Circle’s fully trained and experienced practitioners, and session durations run from between 5 and 30 minutes to allow you to tailor your selection according to the time you have available and the practice you wish to explore.
